1. Return & Exchange Policy

At Dhanashree Saaj, we take pride in crafting high-quality handcrafted jewelry. Since our products are handmade and delicate, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange:

✔ Damaged or Defective Product – If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
✔ Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement..

we have 2 days return policy kindly contact us before 2 days for refund 

Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Customized or personalized jewelry.

❌ Items missing after being delivered to you.

❌ Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

❌ Sale or discounted items.

❌ If the items differ from being sent by us.

2. Refund Policy

• If your return request is approved, we offer replacement 

• Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.

• Refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Include your order number, product photos, and reason for return.

4. Replacement: Once we receive damaged product we will process  and deliver the replacement or exchange within 6 to 7 days
   

4. Return Shipping

• Customers must return the product in original packaging with all tags intact.

• If the return is approved, we will provide the shipping details.

• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake is from our end.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
